HIRING - LAWN CARE SPECIALIST

OVERVIEW

WFL Turf Services, Inc. has been in the lawn care industry for over 30 years and has a great reputation within the community. You will be assigned a territory and given the responsibility to service our clients' lawns on a regular basis. You will be fully trained to identify, treat, and manage various problems within a client's turf. We are looking for a dependable and professional oriented person who will represent WFL Turf Services, Inc. well.

POSITION DETAILS

• Monday - Friday

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• on rare occasions, some Saturdays

• Starting wage is $15 - $18* during on-the-job training (* depending on experience)

• pay rate generously increases after training is completed

• increase in pay again after 90-day probationary period is completed

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for employment, you should:

• be 18 years of age or older*

• be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen* (or have medical proof)

• have a valid Class E driver's license* (not expired or suspended)

• have a good driving record*

• be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs for short periods of time

• be able to work independently

• be self-motivated

• be able to work outdoors on a daily basis

- Prior experience in the industry is preferred, but not necessary. -
